1. Car Listing Services

  • Service Fees: Car Corner charges a fee for listing a car on our platform. This fee is non-refundable once the car advertisement is live, as it represents the cost of posting and marketing the listing.
  • Cancellation of Listings: Sellers may choose to cancel their car listing at any time before it is published. A full refund of the listing fee will be issued if the listing is canceled prior to publication.
  • Changes to Listings: If you wish to modify your car listing (e.g., updating images, description, or pricing), you can do so at no additional charge.

2. Refunds for Ads or Features

  • Paid Features or Upgrades: If you’ve paid for any premium features (e.g., highlighted listings, top placement on search results, etc.), refunds may only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as technical errors or issues with the service. These will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Technical Issues: If a technical issue prevents your car listing from appearing on the website or if there is an error that significantly affects the visibility or functionality of your listing, we may offer a refund or credit for the affected period.

3. Transactions between Buyers and Sellers

  • Buyer-Seller Agreement: Car Corner serves only as a platform for advertisements and does not intervene in the transactions between buyers and sellers. Refunds or returns for a car purchase are entirely at the discretion of the seller and buyer and should be addressed through private negotiation.
  • Car Condition Disputes: If there is a dispute regarding the condition of a car that was purchased through Car Corner, buyers are encouraged to directly contact the seller. Car Corner does not take responsibility for disputes regarding car conditions, returns, or refunds related to the vehicle itself.

4. Refund Process

  • Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted in writing through the Car Corner support system or via email. If the request is deemed eligible under our policy, we will process the refund within 10 business days.
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise specified.
